About the role

  • Design and own the global prospecting process for 250+ AEs
  • Build and implement scalable workflows and tech stack
  • Conduct operational prospecting work (build account lists for regions, run test campaigns)
  • Analyze data to identify effective prospecting methods and scale them globally
  • Train and support AEs in using processes, tools, and prospecting resources
  • Act as internal consultant to regional sales leaders and adapt processes to local needs
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and global RevOps to turn ideas into action, focusing on performance insights and process improvements
  • Provide prospecting lists to support new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or Demand Generation
  • Sales-oriented mentality
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Advanced skills in prospecting tools, data sources, and list building
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable switching between process design and operational work
  • Nice to have: background in fast-growing global SaaS companies
  • Nice to have: experience in an international business setting
  • Nice to have: experience with Clay, Outreach, Cognism, Apollo or similar prospecting tools
