About the role
- Act as the lead and main point of contact for assigned projects
- Manage environmental projects ranging from biological assessments to report preparation
- Perform QA/QC of technical reports
- Assist clients with environmental permitting, compliance monitoring, and reporting
- Supervise 2-4 team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, natural resources, ecology, environmental planning, forestry, or a related field
- At least one (1) year of project management, assistant project manager or project coordination experience in consulting
- Working knowledge of CEQA, NEPA and other federal and state regulatory nexus and requirements
- Experience supervising others preferred
- Experience preparing or contributing to biological assessment reports
