  • Responsible for budget and personnel for the assigned staff
  • Workforce planning, including selection and hiring of new employees

  • Planning and monitoring of service delivery

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position and industry required
  • Strong service- and customer-orientation
  • Leadership experience and a professional, dependable demeanor
  • IT skills (MS Office)
  • Experience with quality and environmental management systems
  • Valid driver's license (car)
