Responsibilities
As Project Lead (Data & AI; m/f/d) you are responsible for the successful planning, management and delivery of complex client projects in the areas of AI and data analytics.
You act as the central interface between clients and an interdisciplinary team — with a good understanding of technical content while maintaining a clear focus on project accountability.
Independently manage projects in Data Science & AI — from requirements gathering to successful production rollout and beyond.
Structure and prioritize tasks together with the team and take on operational project leadership.
Work closely with our clients to align on requirements, deliverables, blockers and next steps.
Facilitate workshops and maintain regular communication with client-side stakeholders.
Continuous risk management, resource planning and time management.
Support Data Scientists and software developers in the technical design and integration of AI solutions.
Identify new project opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Actively contribute to and further develop our internal processes.
Requirements
Degree in a STEM field, industrial engineering or a comparable program.
At least 2 years' experience in project management — ideally in data, analytics or AI projects; from requirements gathering to operationalization and, where applicable, beyond.
Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
Basic technical understanding of data science, AI or software development.
Experience working with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills.
High degree of independent, solution-oriented working style, strong team spirit, high motivation and commitment.
Very good German and English language skills.
