About the role
- Intern supporting the development and adoption of AI tools and technologies in the company. Collaborating within an AI-&-Automation team to enhance Microsoft Copilot and related services.
Responsibilities
- Support the further development and adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI agents and M365 services across the company
- Monitor feature and technology updates (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI) and prepare and communicate relevant news
- Organize and coordinate trainings, enablement formats and onboarding materials
- Handle agent requests and support business units in building and optimizing their own AI agents
- Coach users on best practices for working with Copilot and designing agents
- Manage a Microsoft Teams channel (test group) including FAQs, updates and feedback collection
- Assist with documentation and maintain internal knowledge bases
- Create reports and metrics on the usage and adoption of AI tools
- Coordinate feedback loops between users and product and IT teams
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to enable features and ensure security, compliance and governance requirements in M365
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Digital Business, Engineering or equivalent)
- Excellent German and English skills
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, ideally Copilot)
- Interest in AI, automation and digital ways of working
- Structured, independent working style as well as responsibility and reliability
- Team-oriented, strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with diverse stakeholders
