About the role

  • Arrange meetings and appointments and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar
  • Proof final external documents
  • Provide editorial support on draft papers, briefing notes, and memos
  • Draft paragraphs/sections as needed for reports
  • Assist in the collection of relevant information for reports
  • Maintain computer/tech proficiency in Protech, Excel, Audacity (audio editing software)
  • Assist in the preparation of special studies and presentations for the Department
  • Contribute to the research needs/reports of the Institute

Requirements

  • College degree required
  • At least two years of work-related experience
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate and act with tact, judgment, and energy
