About the role
- Program Assistant supporting the Digital Finance team at the Institute of International Finance. Responsibilities include calendar management, editorial support, and report preparation in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings and appointments and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar
- Proof final external documents
- Provide editorial support on draft papers, briefing notes, and memos
- Draft paragraphs/sections as needed for reports
- Assist in the collection of relevant information for reports
- Maintain computer/tech proficiency in Protech, Excel, Audacity (audio editing software)
- Assist in the preparation of special studies and presentations for the Department
- Contribute to the research needs/reports of the Institute
Requirements
- College degree required
- At least two years of work-related experience
- Strong command of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills
- High degree of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and act with tact, judgment, and energy
