About the role
- Professional Factoring Consultant supporting clients in implementing and utilizing HENRI software. Responsible for workshops, user training, and liaising between clients and the development team.
Responsibilities
- From day one, you support our clients in implementing and optimally using our factoring software HENRI.
- You analyze customer requirements and, together with the project team, translate them into tailored solutions.
- You independently plan and lead workshops, train key users, and remain a reliable contact in daily operations.
- Creating specifications and solution descriptions is also part of your responsibilities.
- Through active communication and clear coordination, you ensure that requirements are implemented efficiently.
- For the process-oriented configuration of the ERP system, you contribute your expertise and work closely with the development team.
- You also identify change requests early and ensure that roll-outs and further developments run successfully.
Requirements
- A technical or business qualification (university, University of Applied Sciences (FH), HTL or equivalent).
- Professional experience in the financial services industry – ideally in banking, leasing, or factoring.
- Experience as a consultant in digitization/digitalization projects is a plus.
- Ability to mediate between clients and IT and to present complex topics in an understandable way.
- Passion for communication, customer service, and innovative IT solutions.
