About the role

  • Act as the strategic focal point between requesting channels and the delivery team.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing business initiatives and technical evolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on decisions regarding technologies, architecture, DevOps, and scalability.
  • Manage the product backlog, translating business objectives and technical requirements into clear deliverables.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and competitiveness.
  • Represent the product in strategic meetings and negotiations with clients and partners.
  • Monitor product performance metrics.
  • Conduct financial analysis of the product portfolio.
  • Manage the quarterly roadmap for internal and external (partner) services and products; assess results and adjust strategy as needed to ensure the product meets stakeholders' needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong business strategy orientation, with the ability to align organizational objectives and the product's technical evolution.
  • Experience in developing and evolving mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills, strategic thinking, decision-making ability, negotiation, and expectation management.
  • Skilled in preparing executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with product metrics.
  • Active participation in agile squads alongside technology and design teams.
  • Preparation of Business Plans and Business Cases.
