About the role

• Product Owner responsible for product strategies and execution at Stage Front, a leader in event ticket sales. Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality products aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and designers to translate product requirements into actionable epics, user stories, specifications, and development tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and key milestones.
• Analyze and conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user testing to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and timeline for product development initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure efficient and effective execution of product development projects.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences that drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a product owner or product manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software products or digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and business metrics to inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Technical acumen and familiarity with software development processes, technologies, and tools.
• Experience utilizing Jira to manage all aspects of the product process to include ceremonies and reporting.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and delivering solutions that delight customers.
