Responsibilities
Lead the product development process from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, market trends, and customer needs.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities.
Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and designers to translate product requirements into actionable epics, user stories, specifications, and development tasks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and key milestones.
Analyze and conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user testing to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and timeline for product development initiatives.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure efficient and effective execution of product development projects.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences that drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a product owner or product manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software products or digital solutions.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in an agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and business metrics to inform product strategy and decision-making.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.
Technical acumen and familiarity with software development processes, technologies, and tools.
Experience utilizing Jira to manage all aspects of the product process to include ceremonies and reporting.
