About the role

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with business areas, suppliers, partners, and the internal IT team
  • Track pending activities (suppliers, business areas)
  • Manage decision-making processes and, in critical cases, request support from the manager
  • Maintain supplier relationship management
  • Monitor business area satisfaction
  • Report on the progress of activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with team members and serve as a point of reference
  • Report daily activities through boards/panels
  • Participate in audit processes; monitor product development and ensure quality of deliveries to the business
  • Act and notify responsible parties in the event of incidents in critical systems

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of technologies used at Azul (SOAP and REST web services, Postman, SOAP UI, databases, web environments, e-commerce, infrastructure, cloud environments, JMeter, DevOps tools, Scrum, Microsoft)
  • Advanced level of English (conversational); Spanish is desirable
  • Ability to identify and analyze risks and process impacts across other business areas
  • Ability to analyze and propose improvements to business processes to simplify IT solutions
  • Technical knowledge to develop technical specifications
  • Experience in project management relevant to the area of activity
  • Knowledge of business rules and processes of the served areas to more effectively contribute to project conception and propose new solutions
  • Willingness to propose architecture solutions, discuss them with responsible architects, and participate in final solution decision-making
  • Responsible for medium- and high-complexity projects (scheduling, project plan, initiation document, change requests, testing plan, RMs, completion document)
  • Commitment to delivering activities/projects on time
  • Monitor proposals and negotiations with the Purchasing department
  • Manage resources with the aim of delivering the project
