About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to craft a compelling vision for Switch2’s Data and Automation Products
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and beyond
- Champion agile ways of working, fostering a culture of rapid decision-making, continuous improvement, and value-driven delivery
- Ensure that new features and products are not only delivered but embraced
- Guide and mentor Switch2's Energy Change Agents, helping them understand product capabilities and communicate the value of upcoming changes
- Act as the go-to product expert and liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors
- Support ongoing product evolution by monitoring performance against key metrics and planning thoughtful transitions from legacy systems to future-state solutions
- Keep leadership informed with regular updates to the Steering Group and Senior Management Team
Requirements
- Proven stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional communication skills—you can translate technical complexity into compelling narratives for executives, and business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams
- Deep understanding of customer service practices and solutions
- Strong empathy for customer and client needs, with a user-centred mindset
- Full software implementation lifecycle experience, from discovery through launch and iteration
- Solid grasp of change management principles and business process modelling
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to delivery
- Collaborative and engaging communicator, able to inspire and influence at all levels
- Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics, analyse performance, and make evidence-based decisions
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with confidence and clarity.
