About the role

  • Serve as the Ecosystem Director’s right-hand for business content.
  • Support business partners to maximize value delivery.
  • Gather high-level business needs and communicate the vision for projects and the solutions to be implemented.
  • Establish and evolve a 12-month roadmap for the ecosystem, taking constraints and objectives into account.
  • Mobilize teams and Product Owners (POs) to achieve the objectives for their respective scopes.
  • Collaborate with business architects, solution architects, and delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions.
  • Support POs in prioritizing their backlogs based on the vision and constraints.
  • Iteratively and creatively implement cross-cutting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in transformation or operational efficiency, including 3 years in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems (SIO), Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Excellent understanding of business needs and value delivery.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of the SAFe methodology (an asset).
