About the role
- Serve as the Ecosystem Director’s right-hand for business content.
- Support business partners to maximize value delivery.
- Gather high-level business needs and communicate the vision for projects and the solutions to be implemented.
- Establish and evolve a 12-month roadmap for the ecosystem, taking constraints and objectives into account.
- Mobilize teams and Product Owners (POs) to achieve the objectives for their respective scopes.
- Collaborate with business architects, solution architects, and delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions.
- Support POs in prioritizing their backlogs based on the vision and constraints.
- Iteratively and creatively implement cross-cutting capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in transformation or operational efficiency, including 3 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems (SIO), Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Excellent understanding of business needs and value delivery.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of the SAFe methodology (an asset).
