About the role
- Product Manager driving digital product solutions in the fintech sector. Engaging with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences and product performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full product cycle, from discovery through launch and continuous optimizations;
- Prioritize requirements and oversee development with engineering, UX and QA teams;
- Map and improve the customer journey (simulation, underwriting/analysis, signing, registration and disbursement);
- Monitor performance metrics (approval rate, conversion, average time-to-contract, cancellations, etc.);
- Manage technical and operational integrations with external partners (Banco Arbi and other vendors);
- Ensure adherence to business rules and regulatory compliance;
- Build and clearly communicate the roadmap and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, leading digital products end-to-end;
- Experience in fintechs, digital banks, payments or financial solutions;
- Hands-on experience with discovery, backlog definition, prioritization and roadmap management;
- Familiarity with API integrations and technical engineering teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Figma;
- Ability to analyze product data and metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI or Data Studio;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for business stakeholders;
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer experience;
- Organization, ownership mentality and proactivity to manage multiple partners and simultaneous demands.
