About the role
- Be the strategic knowledge leader for our Consumer product categories
- Responsible for the entire product lifecycle from entry to phase-out
- Maximize profitability and market share through effective assortment and pricing strategies
- Ensure successful launches and provide essential product knowledge to the organization
- Develop and implement product and assortment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize pricing strategies across the region
- Monitor product performance against KPIs
- Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and AKW to drive product success
- Create sales support and marketing materials, including digital communication plans
- Serve as the strategic product knowledge leader and primary point of contact for product-related inquiries
- Accountable for maintaining accurate product information
- Gather and structure Nordic market, competitor, and customer feedback
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar strategic role
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A solid understanding of product management principles and the full product lifecycle
- Professional fluency in English
- Proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer meetings, fairs, and conferences
