Responsibilities
Be the strategic knowledge leader for our Consumer product categories
Responsible for the entire product lifecycle from entry to phase-out
Maximize profitability and market share through effective assortment and pricing strategies
Ensure successful launches and provide essential product knowledge to the organization
Develop and implement product and assortment strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage and optimize pricing strategies across the region
Monitor product performance against KPIs
Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and AKW to drive product success
Create sales support and marketing materials, including digital communication plans
Serve as the strategic product knowledge leader and primary point of contact for product-related inquiries
Accountable for maintaining accurate product information
Gather and structure Nordic market, competitor, and customer feedback
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar strategic role
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A solid understanding of product management principles and the full product lifecycle
Professional fluency in English
Proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage
Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer meetings, fairs, and conferences
