Product Manager responsible for CR2’s Digital Banking product leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Ensures alignment with market demands and drives innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Define and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CR2’s digital banking platform.
Establish and maintain clear product positioning and differentiation strategies.
Formulate and assess business cases for new product initiatives, including pricing recommendations in collaboration with Sales.
Collaborate with clients, Product Owners, and internal teams to gather insights.
Oversee and prioritise the Product Owners’ backlog for timely delivery of features.
Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership to execute product plans.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing for go-to-market strategies.
Lead internal product education initiatives for Sales Enablement.
Ensure all product journeys adhere to applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Manage product release cycles, including scope documentation and communication.
Represent CR2’s product vision and contribute to industry thought leadership.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management, preferably within digital financial services.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching Digital Banking and Wallet propositions.
Experience with B2B or B2B2C enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with Low Code/No Code platforms for Digital Applications is advantageous.
Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Aha.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualification in Product Management or Business preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
