About the role
- Product Designer for EvenUp, developing AI-driven solutions to support legal workflows in personal injury law. Collaborating with diverse teams to drive impactful design strategies.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the design process for a product area, from strategy to user flows and interaction design, with a strong focus on reusable components and scalable patterns.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand internal and external user needs, translating insights into efficient, accessible, and delightful product experiences.
- Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes for AI-powered solutions that scale across platforms and support complex workflows.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and AI researchers to ship high-quality features efficiently.
- Use your expertise to shape product and design strategy, advocating for system-wide consistency and design best practices.
- Mentor and elevate the design craft of the team, fostering growth and maintaining high standards in design thinking, execution, and system adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software product design.
- Experience building workflow products for specialized power users in a B2B environment.
- Experience designing interfaces for AI products.
- Deep expertise in Figma, especially tooling for component libraries, system documentation, and cross-functional adoption.
- Excellent qualitative user research skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Execution mindset with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
