Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process delivering to a fast paced roadmap - from discovery and research to prototyping, validation, and launch.
• Push the boundaries of how AI and agentic systems can shape customer experiences.
• Contribute to product strategy and feature ideation by turning customer insights and business goals into actionable design outcomes.
• Run user research, build personas, and analyse feedback to uncover real customer needs.
• Design and prototype in Figma and with generative AI tools, bringing ideas to life quickly.
• Work hypothesis-driven: formulate, test, and iterate on design decisions to improve metrics such as adoption, retention, and churn.
• Validate your designs through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional end-to-end experiences.
• Use analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely) to measure impact and optimize continuously.
• Contribute to defining the UX direction for integrating multiple acquired SaaS platforms into a single, unified experience.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in product and/or UX design, ideally in SaaS environments.
• A broad toolbox of proven design and UX patterns that just work.
• Strong skills in user research, product discovery, and translating insights into feature designs that drive customer value.
• Fluency in Figma and familiarity with AI-enhanced design workflows.
• Experience applying usage data, analytics, and experimentation frameworks to improve user outcomes.
• A track record of delivering measurable business impact through design.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear priorities for customers.
• Collaborative mindset and proven success working across Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
• Bonus if you can collaborate closely with developers or prototype in frontend (React).
