Ensure the tool is effectively integrated with our product suite.
Develop and produce high-quality content that communicates product insights and recommendations.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with stakeholders.
Analyze data collected through Pendo and other sources to extract actionable insights.
Use statistical techniques and data visualization to interpret trends and patterns.
Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators and conduct regular evaluations.
Collect and analyze customer feedback; facilitate focus groups, interviews, and surveys.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and development to ensure alignment of product strategies with business goals.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
An advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Product Analytics role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics tools such as User Pilot, Amplitude.
Familiarity with product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
