About the role

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of the Pendo tool to track user behavior and product performance.
  • Ensure the tool is effectively integrated with our product suite.
  • Develop and produce high-quality content that communicates product insights and recommendations.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data collected through Pendo and other sources to extract actionable insights.
  • Use statistical techniques and data visualization to interpret trends and patterns.
  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback; facilitate focus groups, interviews, and surveys.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and development to ensure alignment of product strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Product Analytics role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics tools such as User Pilot, Amplitude.
  • Familiarity with product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
