About the role

  • Provide countrywide insights on the profit and growth performance of Personal Lines products
  • Report directly to the Personal Lines Performance Senior Manager
  • Work cross functionally within Product Management on a regular basis
  • Design and build financial and operational models and tools
  • Deliver operational insights to achieve key performance indicators
  • Build and enhance resources using Excel, Tableau, Power BI

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, ideally including work in Property & Casualty insurance preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree and quantitative analytical knowledge is required; a graduate degree and/or CPCU designation is preferred, but not required
  • Subject matter expertise in the areas of SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and/or other programming/data query/reporting knowledge
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
