About the role

  • Product Analyst optimizing reporting and dashboards to improve webshop performance for a re-commerce company. Collaborating with stakeholders on data analysis and testing while fostering sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve dashboards and reports for standardized monitoring of webshop performance
  • Support Product Management with insights from analyses and testing related to onsite user behavior and web tracking
  • Ensure appropriate setup, valid application and evaluation of the data
  • Develop hypotheses with stakeholders (Onsite Products & Marketing) and design suitable tests
  • Further develop the Power BI reporting landscape together with another analyst and a Data Engineer
  • Standardize and optimize processes within your area and share your knowledge with colleagues

Requirements

  • Experience in product development through reporting, analytics & insights
  • Experience with conversion funnel analysis (ideally for webshops)
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and BigQuery (querying and transformation)
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
  • Experience preparing, running and evaluating statistical tests (especially A/B tests)
  • Knowledge of R or Python
