Responsibilities
- Analyze usage data performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the Product team in defining KPIs and measuring feature success.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve data accuracy and tracking.
- Present insights clearly to inform product strategy and priorities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence
- Experience working in startup environments
- Proficiency in SQL, analytics tools, and dashboard creation (Looker, Power BI)
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python (desirable)
- Strong storytelling skills - you can translate data into actionable business insights (40% data / 60% product)
- A passion for understanding user behavior and product-market fit.
