About the role

  • Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in Workday in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform intake triage for procurement requests, ensuring accurate categorization and routing.
  • Manage annual POs and renewal processes to maintain continuity of goods and services.
  • Conduct tactical negotiations for low-risk procurement requests to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to purchasing and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with assigning and managing multiple payment methods in connection with purchase requests.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and financial controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Workday Procurement or similar ERP systems, preferred.
  • Familiarity with procurement best practices and compliance standards, preferred.
