About the role
- Junior Supply Analyst assisting in budget management and procurement operations. Involved in strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier negotiations, based in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Assist departments in preparing budgets and managing the financial cycle;
- Support the search for initiatives and innovations to mitigate and reduce costs, enabling better operating conditions;
- Conduct strategic contracting processes for the Automotive Services portfolio (automotive equipment and agricultural machinery), applying Strategic Sourcing, CBD and TCO methodologies, and interacting with stakeholders and suppliers;
- Support the preparation of project/contract schedules and kick-offs for the categories under your responsibility;
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers through agreement negotiations;
- Negotiate and manage legal contracts (drafting, analysis, monitoring, review, negotiation and termination);
- Continuously seek new alternatives that strengthen cost-benefit relationships, identify tax opportunities and reinforce Raízen Procurement's competitiveness.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, Engineering or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Previous experience in Procurement, especially in purchasing automotive MRO, with knowledge of the market and suppliers;
- Prior experience with negotiation and sourcing tools such as TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), Strategic Sourcing, Should Cost, Spend Analysis, CBD (Cost Breakdown), Make or Buy;
- Knowledge of SAP MM module;
