- Strong blend of architecture and hands-on engineering experience across the entire development lifecycle
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex engineering initiatives
- Passionate about creating excellent modern AI experiences
- Very good understanding and experience with Shift left testing techniques
- Strong understanding of core business and technical strategies
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of modern Cloud technology stacks
- Expertise in AI/ML and Gen AI applications
- Experience in developing applications using Python, .NET framework, JavaScript frameworks, APIs, and databases such as Aurora
- Experience building Agentic AI systems
- Experience with conversational AI and NLP
- Knowledge of network protocols, routing, and secure communication
- DevSecOps best practices that support Observability, Security, and Automation
