Requirements
- Solid, long-standing experience in professional software development and architecture
- Broad experience with various modern technologies and frameworks
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Extensive experience with modern architecture principles (e.g., DDD, Event-Driven Architectures, Microservices)
- Deep expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strategic creation and management of comprehensive architecture documentation (e.g., arc42 or comparable standards)
- Familiar with leading and developing agile development teams
- Independent and proactive working style
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, recognizing opportunities and risks in complex IT landscapes
- Very good German language skills and openness to occasional travel to clients
