- Take a leading role in shaping consulting and architecture services
- Actively participate in software projects and take responsibility for delivering solutions
- Provide strategic advice to clients and support the development of forward-looking software architectures
- Work closely with management-level stakeholders
- Develop innovative technological solutions together with development teams
- Coach development teams on architectural decisions
- Own the quality of the software architecture through regular reviews
- Design the development setup and the overall development process
Requirements
- Solid, long-standing experience in professional software development and architecture
- Broad experience across a variety of modern technologies and frameworks
- Strong skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Extensive experience with modern architectural principles (e.g., Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architectures, microservices)
- Deep expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strategic creation and governance of comprehensive architecture documentation (e.g., arc42)
- Experience leading and developing agile development teams
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites occasionally
