Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in MATLAB and C programming languages
- Understanding of application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) and field-programmable gate array (FPGA) design principles
- Prior practical experience with digital signal processing, including control loops and digital equalization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills
- Laboratory experience with real-time optical systems (nice to have)
- Knowledge of RTL/Verilog (nice to have)
- Familiarity with concepts in error correction codes and information theory (nice to have)
