About the role

  • Shape the next generation of creative and marketing experiences powered by generative AI across Adobe GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise
  • Define and elevate the design vision for products
  • Combine storytelling, systems thinking, and user empathy to craft innovative products
  • Guide cohesive design narratives and user journeys across GenStudio’s campaign orchestration and Firefly’s enterprise-grade generative capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Prototype, explore, and iterate through concepts and motion studies
  • Mentor and inspire other designers, helping shape the craft and culture of the team

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience designing and shipping world-class digital products
  • Proven ability to create and communicate a bold, unified design vision
  • A tinkerer’s mindset—comfortable with prototyping, vibe coding, and experimentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication that encourages collaboration across functions and other product and design teams at Adobe
  • A drive to explore what’s next in design, AI, and creative technology
  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities (preferred)
  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards (preferred)
  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
