About the role

  • Support our Contract Performance Management business team focused on transforming operational and contract-related data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate daily with functional leaders to frame analytical problems, identify data opportunities, build predictive models
  • Develop actionable dashboards and tools to support pricing strategies and contracting effectiveness
  • Analyze contract performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
  • Translate business questions into structured data problems and deliver analytical models and solutions that inform pricing and contract strategies
  • Build and maintain analytic workflows, dashboards, and predictive models directly within Palantir Foundry
  • Ensure that analytical outputs are accessible, interpretable, and actionable by non-technical users
  • Develop repeatable and scalable data science components within enterprise platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist
  • Analytical mindset and deep experience transforming data into business insights
  • Proven experience developing and deploying data science solutions within enterprise-scale analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in Python or R is required for advanced data analysis and modeling tasks
  • Hands-on experience building analytics workflows and models in low-code or no-code collaborative platforms
  • Experience in data visualization (Power BI/Tableau or similar)
  • Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working directly with commercial, pricing, contracting or finance teams in a data science capacity
