About the role

Responsibilities
- Build new ML- and data-based solutions as part of ChargEye, from exploratory analysis to modeling and evaluation
- Productionize robust, maintainable and scalable solutions together with data and software engineers
- Contribute to and improve data, training, validation and deployment pipelines for ML models and analytics
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
- Take a leading role in shaping data science ways of working (best practices, processes, documentation and quality)
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor more junior colleagues in the team
Requirements
- Experience building production-grade data science solutions on cloud platforms (AWS)
- Strong experience with distributed data processing and analytics using Spark (PySpark)
- Strong Python and SQL skills, combined with solid software engineering practices (clean, testable and maintainable code, version control, CI/CD)
- Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, including regression, probability distributions and Bayesian methods, and their application in real-world products
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI (or similar), including dashboard design, data modeling, DAX measures and performance optimization
- Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing, as well as data quality, governance and system design
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to mentor others
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies, large language models and AI-driven analytics in production data pipelines
- Familiarity with EV charging standards (e.g. OCPP, ISO 15118, OCPI) is considered a plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are considered a plus
