About the role

  • Responsible for liaising with multiple Teams and Departments to support project’s successful development
  • Attend project Kick-Off meetings, and receive new projects on behalf of the Pre-Construction Team
  • Support the review of project information to understand project needs, risks and timelines
  • Communicate with Project Team members on project maturity and risk/proposed mitigation strategies
  • Participate in discussions on permitting issues to support acceleration discussions regarding design development
  • Coordinate with Estimators and Development Team to establish team deliverables
  • Provide feedback for M&A due diligence and ‘red flag’ memos
  • Review and critique design information for buildability and possible operational issues

Requirements

  • 4+ years professional experience in a Renewables Project Management role
  • Excellent understanding of project cycle from feasibility, thru permitting, entitlements, design and utility processes, executing with EPC contract negotiations
  • Strong familiarity with photovoltaic solar and energy storage components and associated technical standards
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Primavera P6, ProCore, Quickbase, and Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and BlueBeam
