About the role
- Project Manager overseeing execution of new restaurant openings and renovations for Alsea brands. Ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and delivering quality projects on time in hybrid work mode.
Responsibilities
- Controlar y supervisar la ejecución de nuevas aperturas y reformas de restaurantes propios y franquiciados de nuestras marcas de restauración
- Estudio y evaluación de la viabilidad técnica de los locales propios
- Propuesta de Capex de las obras para unidades propias y franquicias
- Encargar y revisar los proyectos de ingeniería
- Revisión de ofertas y presupuestos
- Planificación y control de la ejecución del proyecto de obra
- Control y seguimiento del Capex durante todas las fases del proyecto
Requirements
- Al menos tres años de experiencia en funciones similares
- Nivel alto de AutoCad, Presto y paquete Office.
- Valorable nivel alto de inglés
- Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente
