Requirements
- Prepare summaries of environmental regulations to be shared with other company departments.
- Respond to internal clients' inquiries regarding operating permits, environmental matters, occupational health and safety, and related topics.
- Identify, manage, and obtain authorizations, permits, and licenses required for the operation of mining projects.
- Draft contracts for legal services related to environmental and/or regulatory matters.
- Monitor Administrative Sanctioning Procedures before OSINERGMIN and OEFA.
- Prepare written documents for periodic obligations and to ensure compliance with preventive measures.
