Responsibilities
Independent development of generalized machine control functions
Integration of developed solutions into the existing toolchain, release management, and documentation
Integration and testing of developed solutions on control hardware
Contribution to the design of a model-based machine control platform
Coordination of platform development with end users
Formulating requirements and deriving test scenarios
Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in control software development
Experience with model-based development environments (MATLAB/Simulink + Embedded Coder, SCADE) and high-level programming languages (C / C++, Python)
Familiar with software development processes, management, and tools (git, SVN, Docker, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Knowledge of real-time and embedded operating systems is advantageous
Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery is an advantage
Business-fluent German and good English skills
