About the role
- Exploitation Engineer managing performance and operations of photovoltaic power plants at Technique Solaire. Involved in analysis, reporting, and daily management of solar installations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily energy production and performance of photovoltaic power plants
- Analyze malfunctions, propose solutions and improvement actions
- Prepare technical and financial performance reports
- Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of installations
- Lead daily operational management activities for solar plants
- Actively participate in the department's activities: technical monitoring, procedures, methods, insurance
- Upload installations into the monitoring platform
- Track preventive and corrective maintenance operations
- Monitor cleaning operations and handle related administrative tasks
- Report activities to internal and external clients
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent), preferably from an engineering school
- Knowledge of the photovoltaic sector
- Ability to manage the performance of an assigned portfolio
- Ability to analyze a plant's production data
- Technical knowledge of project management (costs, deadlines, scheduling, budget)
- Use and interpret data on our supervision platform (Synaptic)
- Rigor and organization
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Excel and Word; Power BI is a plus
