Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in HR or HR Business Partnering, preferably in a multinational setting
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coaching skills
Ability to manage sensitive HR issues with confidentiality
Agile mindset with a balance of strategy and execution
Proven success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
