Responsibilities

  • Partner with People Managers to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure legal HR compliance.
  • Coach managers on team dynamics, performance, and employee relations.
  • Lead talent initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and program development.
  • Support employees throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with COEs on development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in HR or HR Business Partnering, preferably in a multinational setting
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive HR issues with confidentiality
  • Agile mindset with a balance of strategy and execution
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative and committed to continuous improvement.
