About the role

  • Collaborate with a dynamic agile scrum team to design, build, and enhance Pega applications that meet business objectives.
  • Directly engage with clients to assess needs and educate them on Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with their organizational goals.
  • Evaluate Pega modules for relevance and suitability, recommending tailored solutions that optimize client benefits.
  • Contribute to iterative releases of Pega applications, ensuring quality and timely delivery in line with program goals.
  • Analyze project requirements and facilitate change management, providing vital support for solution implementation.
  • Leverage creative thinking to devise strategic approaches that drive successful outcomes for clients.
  • Foster strong partnerships through effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain flexibility in responsibilities, assisting in various tasks and engaging with diverse teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4-7 years of experience with Pega Systems, specifically v8.x and above
  • Strong ability to analyze and design Pega-based solutions tailored to client needs
  • Experience in Agile methodology and remote teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Pega DevOps experience (Nice-to-Have)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or Jira (Nice-to-Have)
  • Constellation UI experience (Nice-to-Have)
  • Pega Certified System Senior Architect Certification (CSSA) (Nice-to-Have)
