About the role
- Program Manager managing strategic programs across Acute Care and Monitoring portfolio at Medtronic. Leading project teams and ensuring alignment with commercialization goals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the programmatic management of several medium scale strategic programs across the Acute Care and Monitoring portfolio.
- Oversee multiple project teams ensuring commercialization program goals are reached.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and OEM suppliers.
- Drive alignment across the commercialization and product lifecycle management core teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience OR Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
- 2+ Years of experience in development of medical devices and/or program management experience
- Complete understanding and application of Project Management principles, concepts, practices, and standards
