Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Perform detailed reviews and audits of payroll registers
  • Review timecards for reasonableness and compliance with policies
  • Reconcile enterprise state and federal tax filings
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in multi-state payroll environment
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems
  • General understanding of payroll rules and regulations
  • Certification in Payroll (e.g., CPP or FPC)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
