About the role

  • Partner Manager responsible for identifying and managing distribution partners for smart glasses. Working in a hybrid setup at a young deep-tech company in Vienna, Austria.

Responsibilities

  • Network Builder: Identify, acquire, and develop new sales and distribution partners worldwide for our award-winning smart glasses
  • Brand Scout: Define target audiences, prioritize regions and verticals, and analyze competitors to refine our unique positioning
  • Partnership Architect: Reach out to potential partners, manage onboarding, and negotiate strong, sustainable agreements
  • Launch Captain: Plan and execute partner-led market launches, from the initial call through contract signing and operational roll-out
  • Sales Accelerator: Drive partner performance with hands-on support for co-marketing, co-branding, and market-specific campaigns
  • Performance Analyst: Monitor, analyze, and report on indirect sales performance and use insights to fine-tune strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner/channel management, indirect sales, or business development—ideally in the technology, electronics, or consumer goods sectors
  • Strong analytical skills for audience and market analysis, networking, and opportunity identification
  • Hands-on experience in partner outreach, onboarding, contract negotiation, and sales enablement
  • Experience launching new products through indirect sales or channel networks (B2B2C or sales-driven models)
  • Strong intercultural and communication skills (German and English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Practical, proactive and organized mindset with strong entrepreneurial drive and a good eye for trends
  • Experience in marketing, co-branding projects, or event management is a plus
