About the role
- Call Center Vacation Planner assisting customers and potential owners with vacation experiences and sales. Communicating through telephone calls to promote sales and schedule tours based in Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and potential owners with experiences and events for memorable vacations
- Communicate via telephone (Outbound and potential inbound calls) to sell preview package sales/tours
- Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
- Explain details related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners
- Check availability of accommodations and dates, including finding alternatives if needed.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
