Outpatient Mental Health Therapist providing therapy in Texas. Focusing on adolescents, families, and trauma survivors with a collaborative and innovative approach.
Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Utilize creativity and innovative thinking in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training (compensated)
Requirements
Candidates must hold an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license issued by Texas and be in good standing
Required experience with completing treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Preferred experience with children, adolescents, and teens
Experience with the geriatric population is a plus for LCSWs
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services on time
Comfort and familiarity with working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
Required that candidates be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of TX License.
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services and community resources and will be willing to do some light community outreach
