Requirements
Experience in P&C operations, reward or enablement roles
Strong process management and documentation skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and confidence working with data
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Understanding of job evaluation, benchmarking and benefits administration
Ability to juggle competing priorities and engage stakeholders effectively
