About the role

  • Centralise and streamline the core processes that keep our P&C function running smoothly.
  • Administer performance and remuneration reviews to managing the Job Catalog and benefits.
  • Ensure consistency, compliance and simplicity across all activities.
  • Work closely with our HRIS team and P&C stakeholders to deliver accurate, data-driven processes that free up our generalists to focus on strategic partnering.

Requirements

  • Experience in P&C operations, reward or enablement roles
  • Strong process management and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and confidence working with data
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Understanding of job evaluation, benchmarking and benefits administration
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and engage stakeholders effectively
  • A problem-solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement
