About the role

• Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect analyzing client requirements and designing solutions using Oracle Cloud applications. Engaging stakeholders and providing comprehensive proposals for implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements, business processes, and technical environments to design effective solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules including ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and others, to address diverse client needs effectively and innovatively.
• Conduct detailed and impactful product demonstrations that showcase how our solutions can accomplish client business objectives and resolve complex challenges.
• Craft comprehensive solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and implementation strategies tailored to meet specific client needs.
• Provide insights on solution architecture, estimates, scoping, and deal structuring, contributing to compelling and competitive solution proposals.
• Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations to understand strategic objectives and present the value propositions of our solutions.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, Oracle partners, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and successful sales outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
• Over 6-12 years of experience in presales and delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications Financials, SCM, HCM, and EPM modules for international clients.
• At least 5 full project life cycle experiences involving scoping, estimation, architecture, design, customizations, testing, and deployment.
• Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, etc.), SQL, PL/SQL, and relevant integration technologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation skills with a successful track record in client engagement.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, technical teams, and partners to achieve successful sales outcomes.
• Oracle Certification in Fusion applications is highly desirable.
