About the role

  • Customer Solutions Engineer facilitating customer onboarding and implementation of a B2B SaaS platform. Enhancing client experience and operational excellence in regulatory technology.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers reach value fast and reliably by leading a structured onboarding and implementation journey — including platform setup, data readiness, quality checks, and operational support through certification milestones.
  • Own onboarding and implementation activities for a defined set of customers.
  • Lead onboarding calls, workshops, and weekly check-ins to ensure structured progress and customer success.
  • Support customers in setting up their Atmen workspace (“site setup”), ensuring all required inputs and operational data are correctly structured and available.
  • Guide customers through platform configuration and process adoption, ensuring a fast and smooth path-to-value.
  • Support customers in uploading and structuring required operational and compliance-related data.
  • Validate customer data and platform configurations through testing and quality checks.
  • Investigate customer-reported issues and distinguish between configuration errors, data issues, and product bugs.
  • Document and report bugs clearly and consistently to the product & engineering teams.
  • Act as a sparring partner to customers and internal teams on the practical implementation of certification requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of onboarding playbooks, templates, and delivery best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role such as: B2B SaaS Implementation, Technical Consultant, Customer Delivery Manager, Technical Customer Success Manager, Solutions Engineer / Architect, Frontend Software Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience implementing a B2B SaaS product, including onboarding customers and driving adoption.
  • Strong client-facing skills and proven ability to manage stakeholders in a structured, professional way.
  • Strong ability to work with data: understanding what is required, spotting gaps, validating quality, and supporting customers through data preparation.
  • Structured problem-solving mindset: you enjoy investigating issues and driving resolution.
  • Strong ownership and accountability: you can be trusted to manage customer communication and follow-ups.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
