- Ensuring efficiency, scalability, and strict adherence to CySEC regulations and internal policies
- Leading and developing the operations of the entity, streamlining workflows, managing operational risks
- Driving initiatives that enhance client experience and business performance
- Ensuring that all back-office processes, client lifecycle management, and technological infrastructure support the firm's strategic objectives
- Reporting to the CEO and the Board of Directors of Coinbase Financial Services Europe Ltd.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years in operations management within a financial services firm, with 2+ years in a senior operational role in a CySEC-regulated Investment Firm
- Demonstrated knowledge of CySEC regulatory requirements and European financial services directives (e.g., MiFID II). Applicants must hold as a minimum the CySEC Basic Certificate (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of investment firm operations, including client onboarding, payments, trading workflows, and back-office functions
- Proficiency in using operational software and systems common in the financial industry
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Knowledge of Greek and/or other relevant languages is an advantage.
