Responsibilities
- Organise and track shipments from our manufacturers to our warehouses
- Ensure deliveries are on time and booked with warehouses (daily communication with external contacts: suppliers, warehouses and hauliers)
- Create new SKUs in various locations for new launches
- Run weekly reports on forecast accuracy & product popularity
- Monitor packaging stock levels and place POs when needed
- Maintain accurate stock position on our ERP
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams for smooth supply chain processes
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven team player
- Ability to think both quickly and strategically
- Qualifications in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related fields (BSc)
- Analytical backgrounds from Arts and Humanities-based degrees (BA Hons)
- Experience with Supply Chain-related disciplines such as Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Good Excel skills
- Time management skills
- Self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude
