About the role
- Managing guest inquiries and bookings for STAYERY's 10 Germany locations. Engaging with guests via multiple communication platforms during their stay.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for guest inquiries and reservations for our 10 STAYERY locations across Germany.
- You support our guests during arrival and throughout their stay via email, phone, WhatsApp and various booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com).
- You coordinate and manage guest data in our reservation system Apaleo (similar to OPERA).
- You ensure a smooth workflow during the night from Monday to Friday between 21:00 and 06:00.
- You communicate closely with other teams and can actively help shape processes.
Requirements
- You have initial experience in reservations, front office or customer support, ideally in the tourism industry.
- You enjoy guest communication, like talking to guests on the phone and remain relaxed in every conversation.
- You reside in Germany (working from abroad is not possible) and are available to start full-time on December 1, 2025 or January 1, 2026.
- You are willing to come to Berlin for approximately one month for your onboarding. Of course, you will be accommodated by STAYERY for this period.
- You speak and write German and English fluently.
