Managing guest inquiries and bookings for STAYERY's 10 Germany locations. Engaging with guests via multiple communication platforms during their stay.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for guest inquiries and reservations for our 10 STAYERY locations across Germany.
You support our guests during arrival and throughout their stay via email, phone, WhatsApp and various booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com).
You coordinate and manage guest data in our reservation system Apaleo (similar to OPERA).
You ensure a smooth workflow during the night from Monday to Friday between 21:00 and 06:00.
You communicate closely with other teams and can actively help shape processes.
Requirements
You have initial experience in reservations, front office or customer support, ideally in the tourism industry.
You enjoy guest communication, like talking to guests on the phone and remain relaxed in every conversation.
You reside in Germany (working from abroad is not possible) and are available to start full-time on December 1, 2025 or January 1, 2026.
You are willing to come to Berlin for approximately one month for your onboarding. Of course, you will be accommodated by STAYERY for this period.
You speak and write German and English fluently.
