About the role
- Act as an escalation point for day-to-day BAU network security operations
- Provide remote and on-site solution support, advice, and consultation for fault resolution and system enhancements
- Work on client projects on an ADHOC basis to ensure client deliverables are being met
- Troubleshoot and optimise network performance
- Reassure clients and resolve issues within Service Level Agreements
- Communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attend office/client sites 3 days per week (Hybrid)
Requirements
- Advanced experience supporting Palo Alto SASE solutions including Prisma Access, Prisma Access Browser, SD-WAN, Strata Cloud Manager, NGFW VM Series Firewalls
- Advanced experience supporting Cisco Meraki WLAN
- Advanced experience supporting Cisco LAN (Catalyst 9000 Enterprise Routing/Switching, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP etc.)
- Intermediate experience supporting Azure Cloud Networking environments is desirable but not essential
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and optimising network performance
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (PCNSA/PCNSE, CCNP Routing & Switching, or Cisco Meraki CMNA)
- Strong willingness to learn
