About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and tools within NetSuite to support daily business operations.
- Improve and manage system connections with platforms like Amazon, Treasury, and Warehouse (3PL/WMS) to ensure accurate and seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot issues, make improvements, and help automate manual processes for greater efficiency.
- Work closely with teams across Finance, Operations, IT, and Commercial to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Support regular system updates, documentation, and testing to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience developing or managing NetSuite systems.
- A solid understanding of key ERP processes like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
- Experience with JavaScript and system integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
- NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer II or SuiteFoundation certification (Nice To Have).
- Experience with Celigo or similar integration tools (Nice To Have).
- A background in retail, e-commerce, or Amazon aggregator environments (Nice To Have).
